The digital world premiere of the refreshed Skoda Kodiaq will take place on April 13, 2021.
The SUV will be optionally available as a 7-seater. Exterior modifications include a more upright hexagonal grille, slimmer headlights combined with a separate LED module underneath, taillights of crystalline structure, a more slender C-shape.
Significant changes will happen under the hood. The 2022 Skoda Kodiaq will probably get a plug-in hybrid powertrain like the Superb and Octavia before. A high-performance RS version will possibly have a 2.0-liter twin-turbo diesel TSI engine.
A week ahead of the debut, the carmaker has released a teaser video to uncover the first details.
Skoda launched its most popular SUV model in 2016. Since then, over 600,000 Kodiaqs have been produced. The Skoda Kodiaq is now available in 60 markets across the world. Other Skoda vehicles to further debut in 2021 are the Karoq facelift and a coupe version of the all-electric Enyaq iV.
