The all-electric Mini Cooper SE has received a new edition – Mini Electric Collection – that features styling refresh, new driver assistance and connectivity functions.
The carmaker redesigns the car’s front end. A unique Multitone Roof is added, as well as a new exterior paint Island Blue metallic offered for the Mini Cooper SE for the first time. Rooftop Grey metallic is available alternatively.
Other exterior updates include an exclusive-design bonnet and side stripes, black mirror caps, 17-inch Mini Electric Collection Spoke light-alloy wheels; Piano Black high-gloss elements, Mini logos, rear model lettering; sporty door handles and side scuttles, adaptive LED headlights with a matrix function for the high beam.
There are printed Mini Electric logos in the cabin, sports seats in Light Grey fabric / leatherette and a Nappa steering wheel; Mini Yours Aluminium finish, an anthracite-coloured roof lining.
The Mini Copper SE Electric Collection comes with a 135 kW (184 hp) electric motor, the model-specific chassis set-up, a battery enabling 203 – 234 km (126 – 145 mi) of range*. Combined power consumption* is 17.6 – 15.2 kWh/100 km.
For this version, Mini offers steering wheel heating for the first time. The Connected Navigation Package comes as standard. It includes a head-up display, wireless charging, Concierge Service and Mini Connected XL features.
Lane Departure Warning is part of the Driver Assistance Package now. The new Driver Assistance Package Plus includes Active Cruise Control with a Stop &Go function available for the first time.
The manufacturer will be launching the Mini Electric Collection on the market from March 2021.
