All-New 2021 Porsche 911 Turbo Released To Mark Model’s 45th Anniversary

Porsche celebrates the anniversary of its icon by introducing the latest-generation 911 Turbo.

In 1975, the debut of the first Porsche 911 took place. For the 45th anniversary of the charismatic sports car, the brand’s iconic carmaker has prepared a wonderful gift – the debut of the new 2021 Porsche 911 Turbo.

The car’s engine makes 580 hp, it is 40 hp more than the previous-gen Porsche 911 Turbo. Accordingly, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h reduced by 0.2 s and is 2.8 seconds. The torque has also increased by 40 Nm and is 750 Nm now.

The sports car remains the brand’s calling card, although the company’s main revenue has been coming for a decade from the sales of the Cayenne and Macan crossovers.

The automaker is not limited to models with traditional powertrains. Recently, scientists named the all-electric Porsche Taycan the most innovative car on the market today. The company introduced it last year.
